a. The application must be complete and accurate to the best of your
knowledge.
b. Conditional on closing a loan with Centurion Funding Corp of America
as a direct result of an on-line application of the same date as the
initial
application to Centurion Funding Corp of America.
c. If Borrower(s) have an application pending with another lender or
mortgage company during the application process with Centurion Funding
Corp
of America, the offer is null and void at the discretion of Centurion
Funding Corp of America.
d. Issuance by Centurion Funding Corp of America will be in the names or
delegated names of the Borrower(s) issued within 90 days of closing and
funding thereof.
e. Centurion Funding of America wishes to honor all bona fide
commitments, however in the event of dispute, the decision of Centurion
Funding Corp of America as to disposition shall be final without recourse.
